Macys lack of customer service.

I have no idea what to say my package still has not been delivered. The whole process trying to purchase this perfume from you in store and on line has been awful. If I ever get my product I will be able to give you a fair review. The one star is for Macy lack of customer service both in store at the fragrance counter and online. House of Dior would be ashamed of the lack of knowledge and help they have representing their brand in store.

Love this fragrance!

Love Joy, I’ve used it for several years. No stale after morning, on you or your clothes. It’s a delightful, fresh, lovely smell, not too sweet as many others. I’m very sad they are discontinuing this!! Now I have to find something new and so far nothing is as nice as this!

Does not last

I am pretty sure they change the ingredient. It used to last all day now it’s very very light, It does not last 30 minutes once you put it. I’m very disappointed. This was my favorite perfume.

I love starting every day with Joy!

I had to give up a favourite perfume a couple of years ago because of a sudden allergic reaction. I had bought Sauvage for my partner and did not have an adverse reaction to him :) Someone suggested Joy and I have never looked back. I have tried both intensities and Joy is my brand now. I love starting every day with Joy!
