    Disappointed

    Macy’s wants me to write a review when I didn’t even receive my product. So they told me they were shipping out another one. But it’s been conveniently delayed. And I’ve read other reviews saying the same situation has happened to them with a lot more expensive purchases. Macy’s needs to take it up with UPS why I haven’t received my package! Macy’s is supposed to be a reputable company. So if I don’t receive my product in no longer than a week, I will be contacting them asking for my my money to be credited back to my original account payment. And I won’t be purchasing anything else again for Macy’s. And it’s sad that this has to happen because you can find great deals at Macy’s when they have a great sale or clearance I have found quality products for a price I can afford. So i can’t write a good review of how it smells or how long it last I have no idea, but I would have loved to have know how it smells on me but I do know that it smelt great on a church member.

    Disappointed

    I had purchased DNKY BE DELICIOUS 3.4 OZ. And they said it had been delivered when I got home. It was not in front of my door. It was nowhere to be found so therefore, I told them that and they said that they would send me a new one, but the delivery has been delayed! It seems funny because I’ve read other reviews. The same thing has happened. It’s not my fault. It wasn’t here at my door. It’s the UPS’s fault. I’m not in getting Macy’s my money for nothing. Do the honorable thing as it a reputable company and send my product and you deal with the UPS.. and how can I send a photo if I don’t have the product. I’m very very disappointed in Macy’s. I want my refund credited back to my original payment. If I don’t receive the product I think that’s only fair. So consumers beware
