Damaged Order, Conflicting Instructions
I’m writing regarding a very frustrating experience with my recent order. When the package was first shipped, it was lost. I finally received it three days later, and the box arrived damaged and partially opened. As soon as I picked it up, I could smell the perfume, which immediately made me concerned. When I opened the box, I found that both perfumes in the gift set were completely broken and shattered. I contacted customer service right away and was given the option of a refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement. I specifically asked what I should do with the broken perfume set, and the representative clearly told me that I could dispose of it since it was damaged. Based on that instruction, I disposed of the broken items. A day or two later, I received an email stating that you were waiting for me to return the perfume set and that my account could be charged if it was not received. I called customer service again and was told that there was “no proof” that I had been instructed to dispose of the items. I was also told that phone calls are recorded, which is exactly why I asked the representative to review that call, as that is precisely what I was told. This back-and-forth has been extremely frustrating, especially after following the instructions provided by your customer service team. While the perfume itself smelled lovely from what I could tell through the damaged packaging, this experience has been very disappointing. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed properly and resolved without any charge to my account.

No fragrance at all!
Maybe I got a bad batch, but I can’t feel the fragrance. I need something that smells light, but this fragrance it’s nothing. Very disappointing because I could had bought BBWorks way cheaper and its smell good and last all day. I will return it if posible.
