Toggle jacket

This might be the ugliest jacket I've ever purchased in my life! It's not really suited for winter- it's thin, with cheap snaps (no internal zipper) and disappointing! I ordered a pl & pxl. Obviously returning both. Macys merchandise is so downgraded it is beyond belief!? I'd give zero stars if possible.
