Small neck

Awesome boots! But the neck is really small even tho i already bought 0.5 size bigger. I need to get a 9 i guess

Boots run small

The boots are beautiful and classy!! However, they run really small. I am a size 8 with medium width. The boot was tight on the foot and at the ankle it did not zip up all the way. My daughter is a size 7 and they fit her perfect. so gifted them to her!

The store assistant was very helpful in finding the right size of the shoe in a prompt manner. He was also very friendly and prompt in his service. The shoes are just right and fit well. They also were perfect for the occasion, as my friend needed good shoes to go to a fine restaurant. It was a pleasure to be at Macy's in San Francisco.
