Donna Karan New York Petite One Shoulder Midi Dres

I bought 2 sizes in petite to see which one would fit better on me: size 8 and 10. I'm 5'4" and weigh 130 lbs. My bust is 36D. The 8 was slightly snug, the 10 was more roomy but not big. But yet the dress didn't look flattering on me so I returned both.
