Cheap

Recipient noticed a fray. Macy's would not honor a repair or any discussion since outside of 30 day window. Fray became worse and bracelet was completely broken after 2 months.

An Expensive Disappointment

I purchased this bracelet in April of 2025 to wear on a cruise in May 2025. It is now November 29, 2025, and one of the links has broken. I am afraid to wear it because the other side of the rope bracelet might break, and I will lose the expensive bracelet. They don’t make jewelry the way they used to. Can you guys repair the bracelet?

Do not buy this bracelet!!

I bought this bracelet for my granddaughter & it broke after only a month. I had it repaired and the jeweler could not fix it good because the links are hollow and very thin so it kept melting. It has since broken again. It was expensive and not worth the money
