Buyer Beware!

This item is not sold by Macy’s, it is a third party seller. I received the wrong item when I ordered the pillow. I returned the wrong item as requested by Macy’s. I have reached out to Macy’s multiple times (spent hours on the line with customer service) and after six weeks I still do not have the item OR the refund. I bought the item elsewhere and just need a reach out. When I ask for a refund, I am told the seller will contact me within five days and they never do. However, Macy’s refuses to simply refund me for my purchase. This is absolute fraud!

Need more time

The pillow was very hard, and I only used it for a few hours before I set it to the side. I read others removed some of the stuffing, but I didn’t. Instead I took the cover off (the copper infused cover) and put in on another pillow and now I like it, but I need more time to make another review.
