Wrong size

The first time, I ordered size 8M, and when it arrived, I saw it was too big for me. I said I’d return it to the store, and the second time I ordered size 7.5. But when it arrived, it was still a bit big. This time, I checked the size of both pairs that are still at home, and I found that the size of the shoes inside the first box is 8.5, while the box says 8. The size of the second pair is 8, but the box says 7.5. Could such a mistake really happen twice?

Ordered a half size smaller

Size Down

These were cute but big. I bought a size 6 and the heel slips off, so will prob return since they don’t come in a 5.5. These have arch support which feels odd at 1st but seems comfortable.
