Wand does not have enough tension. Hair falls out.

The tension is not enough to hold your hair. The short area that you push on to raise the spring is not workable. Disappointing! I own 3 of the original wands at different properties.

It just doesn???t last mechanically even though the curls are great!!! m

Their products are great until they aren???t. So sad this is my 2nd 3 day bender. I take such good care of my stuff that it still looks new after nearly two years! My first one stopped working after a year but I didn???t have the receipt so they wouldn???t stand by their warranty. I bought another one and the cord where they saudered to the main unit detached. They have a plastic sleeve over that point but it didn???t help. Time to try a new company even though I love your products!

I really struggled, My hair is long and it kept getting caught when it turned and ripped my hair out. the clip isnt strong enough to hold the hair.

First try at a low temperature

I love it. It’s easy to use. I’d recommend first trying it at a low temperature. Then once you get the hang of it, increase the temperature.

NOT FOR LONG HAIR

I thought this would be wonderful but no. My long hair gets caught in the rotating joint and breaks my ends off as I'm getting rhe iron untangled. Would be good for shorter hair lengths.

Do not purchase… You will have a messed up cord very quickly

The horrible design of the cord alone on the curling iron and all of their styling tools. I’m assuming, will keep me from ever purchasing another driybar hair tool again. If you Google it, it’s actually post to quite a bit that it’s such a poor design that within a very short period of time you’ll find yourself with a completely screwed up cord that makes the device a pain to use. It turned into a big messed up ball for some reason and it’s just this brand of curling iron because there are several others I’ve had several others where I did not have this issue and they had a similar swivel core design.

NOT WORTH IT

this never clamped my hair tight enough to use it - I can only wrap my hair around it but I bought bc I prefer a clamped curling iron. the barrel is also too short for me and I burned myself using it
