Delivered broken and scratched

Delivered with broken mugs and the pieces scratched the unbroken mugs. Not sure if they will up stand the uses they claim they will. Microwave, dishwasher

Contents came in a million shattered pieces

We were so looking forward to receiving our new stackable mugs. When the box arrived and I picked it up, it sounded like there were a million shattered pieces of glass in the box. Upon inspection, there WERE a million shattered pieces of glass. I had ordered some other Duralex products from a different company and it came correctly packaged, and all the contents were perfect (nothing broken). They had packed the contents in bubble wrap and crushed paper. This box from Macy's had no protection and must have been dropped from a three story building considering the massive amounts of breakage. I will not be ordering anything glass from Macy's again and will order from the other company because I know they understand how to package products that are fragile.

Sturdy and well made but too small

I liked them but compared to my other cups these were just too small. Otherwise well made.
