Wanted it so bad

I ordered this online , came broken. Called for replacement wow, 5 stars in customer service. Shipped out that day got it the next. Unfortunately it was so tiny. It was beautiful but smaller ones in store I’ve seen previously. There are no others in store around me. I had to return it, I’m debating if I should order it online and hope 3rd times a charm. I tried to post photos but says my images are to large. I’m giving 5* for service and 3* overall for disappointment

True to size. Cool on my skin. Nice subtle touch of elegance to my everyday look. This is my 2nd jade bangle. Only problem is, How do I make less music when I walk around? Yes, 2.5 in is small. Cup your palm measure the WIDEST part of your cupped hand before you buy. Plastic bag method or lotion not needed if it fits.

Disappointed!!!

I didn’t measure my wrist, but I know it’s smaller than average as I have small little hands. Couldn’t even fit three fingers in this small worthless bangle!!!! It did fit my three year old! Can’t wait to return it!!!

Not worth the money

Jade is treated jade. Not natural jade. Not worth. And also be careful with Macy's online shopping. They often send you less stuff. For example, if you ordered three pieces of jewelry, they will only send you one piece but charge you 3 piece. If you call customer service, normally waiting time is over an hour. If you are lucky enough to connect with someone, they refuse to give a refund or send the items that I have bought. Very bad customer service. I searched on google and it seems like I am not the only person with this experience. A lot of people have had similar issues.

LOVE

I have a small wrist, 6.5 inches. I always have a hard time finding bangles that fit me without flying off my wrist. I love that the bangle is smaller than most because it fits me well. I did have to squeeze my hand in for it to fit, but once it was on it was perfect. Mine is a beautiful green color and the quality seems really good. I hope it lasts!
