Assembly required

Shoddy product. Parts did not fit. Impossible to get anybody on the phone that had command of the English language. When I finally did, they quickly picked up the product and got it out of my house. I am still waiting for a credit. Nowhere was it mentioned when I ordered it that it needed to be assembled.

good stool

The packing material is a bit cheap but there is no damage on the product so I guess it's not a big problem. Instruction is a bit confusing but it's still relatively easy to put everything together. Once it's put together, it is a pretty nice stoll, feels sturdy, sits comfortablly, and brings a nice look at the island area. The arm rest is nice and allow us to relax even more in my opion when we rest arms on them instead of the counter, that way you can sit back and lean back. Anyway, good stool

Assembly Instructions and Structure are horrible!

The color is beautiful, but that is where it stops being satisfying. The instructions are ambiguous at best. None of the hardware comes labeled so you literally have to measure each piece to know which size of hardware to use. Additionally, the slots/holes do not line up so it is impossible to get it fastened properly. I am returning both chairs, which is a shame because I really like the overall design of them.
