Didn’t work
I ran thru all available trouble shooting instruction. Then called Dyson help line who walked me thru the same troubleshooting steps. Then they walked me through reboot instructions. No avail, they said it needed repair. They also informed me that sometimes when this product remains in inventory too long, it has this problem.
Dyson lives up to hype again

Nice design
I bought this a month ago and have only used the curl styler so far and its good but doesn't hold very long or curl as tight as I want. It is easy to use and hold though

Frustrating barrel but good overall
Really frustrated with the curling barrel. I have tried countless times and followed videos and the barrel is just not grabbing the hair and twirling it. The other heads are good. Nice and quiet and quicker drying than any other dryers I have used.
