Great New features

It is very interesting this new model for pet hair. It has a spongy roller which picks up cat litter, hair, whatever has fallen on the floor. It also is quieter.

I bought this vacuum a month ago. I’m very happy with it except one thing you have to hold the button down and in order to vacuum I’m not too happy about it.

Don’t buy Dyson from Macy’s

This was my first experience of buying a Marketplace product from Macy’s. Bought it in the Thanksgiving sale but then decided will go for a higher model. So returned it to a Macy’s store on Dec 3. After 16 days today, they haven’t still refunded my money because apparently even thought I returned it to the store-Dyson has still not received it. The whole process has been frustrating and Macy’s customer care is just long wait times and bo help. Never going to buy a marketplace item from Macy’s again.

Mixed bag

Great performance, as expected, but it's hard to comprehend how they came up with the method for emptying the canister - awkward, and looks prone to breaking at weak points in the plastic housing and mechanism...we'll see. It would also help to have LED lights on the floor/carpet heads like my old, not-a-Dyson unit this replaced. Arrived with bad battery and the help-line tech was VERY difficult to work with...finally talked him into sending a replacement battery and it works fine now.

Defective product delivered

Horrible experience. Did not even turn on . Dosent even have provisions for replacement. Had to take all the pain to repack and go drop off at the store !

Not what I expected from Dyson

Bought it a few weeks ago. The charge does not keep long enough for a small sized room to fully vacuum it.
