Missing ring

Track your package is usually good but this time it’s telling me an Effy ring I ordered was delivered and it was not. I also had a recent delivery of sunglasses. The box was crushed on one side, the top of the box was torn open, the glasses box and case were open, and the items (cleaning cloth and description papers) that were inside the case were outside in the box. It was a terrible mess. I don’t know what’s going on, sure hope it stops.

Gold faded

Purchased this in Jan 2025 and now march 2025 it’s already completely silver. The gold is completely gone. Didn’t expect that so soon compared to other effy rings I’ve purchased.
