The chain arrived today tangled, which I find very disrespectful considering how expensive it is. The chain is so delicate that it could break in the process of untangling it.

Disappointed

As some of the other reviewers mentioned, once you receive the necklace you had to take time to untangle it which was a bit annoying. I wanted to love this necklace as I have other EFFY pieces, but the quality is lacking. The chain is so thin, and the clasp is so flimsy. I had to return this item.

Tangled Mess

I love this product but I too received a knotted necklace it will take me an hour or more to untangle This was packaged poorly and very upsetting -it is very delicate and should have been packaged for delivery appropriately.

Very Dainty

Very dainty. When this necklace arrived, it took me almost 5 minutes to untangle it, the chain is very thin. I personally never buy dainty jewelry for this reason. I decided to keep it since I purchased it on sale. I know that I will rarely wear this piece except for special occasions because of the fragile quality. Saw an onyx necklace at Costco the other day and it looked much better than the this one. I wish I had seen the Costco one before purchasing this one.
