Great but not true to size

The pendant necklace looks better than it does on the pictures but the chain is not true to size. I have a 20 inch curb chain and bought this to layer with it. When I revived it I noticed that they were the same size. After measuring both chains I realized that the panda t necklace was also 20 inches long and and not 22
