Other occasion to buy:Top is great; where is it stored? Poor design. Handle rises up, but does not descend down flat.

I LIKE IT WISH IT WAS BIGGER. BUT SEEMS WELL MADE. WOULD BE OK FOR SMALL LOADS.

Elma Home Heavy Duty Carrier

I love love this carrier. I live at the beach and park far from my home. Have lots of bags for work, great thing about it is you can fit a lot of things in it. Very heavy duty !

has only 2 wheels in the back so unable to tip and pull with only 2 wheels.
