Flat comforter

Unfortunately this comforter didn't look nothing like what was advertised on the Macy's website. It didn't fluff up I followed the directions it came with and nothing happened. It's a very flat comforter not what I was expecting. I'll be returning this item. Very disappointed in this purchase.
