The pictures are very deceiving. The pillows look full and comfortable but what I received are pillows flat as a pancake with very little fill! I even gave them a few days out of the package hoping they would “puff” out. No such miracle. If you like sleeping on a flat pillow with no head support then this pillow is for you!

It was soft, but super flat, stained and has a burn hole in it. Macys has gone downhill. Will not be shopping here anymore, every order has something wrong with it.
Not good
Too squish, doesn’t hold shape. Not sure why it’s listed as medium support. Stuck with pillows we can’t use because can’t return them.
Very Nice
This is a gift for a family member. These pillows seem to be great quality and feel nice. I dislike when a pillow is flat or too soft. These were plump and a good balance of firm but still a little soft. Medium Density is accurate in my opinion. I would purchase again for myself and recommend this set! Good for the money.

I want to preface by saying, my husband and I were very happy with our previous Ella Jayne Pillow purchase over 5 years ago and loved them. We figured we would try the brand again. But these specific pillows were flat, and looked like they had been slept on for years. Not supportive, and couldn't even use them one night. I truly believe the other reviews were paid, because I can't imagine anyone giving these pillows even 2 stars!
