great food prep tool

I was looking for a convenient and usable chopping surface. I have a few of these in small and medium and I use them often. Here's why I think theyre awesome!! they have non-skid feet on the corners so the surface is slightly raised. they have ridges to collect liquid. their hard thin surface lays flat (unlike the plastic sheet boards that warp and bend) Best of all I can hold these easily in my hand to clean OR throw them in the dishwasher and not worry about warping. great for food prep and easy clean-up

Too expensive for what it is

I have had a couple of these and although they are a great idea, they have just gotten outrageously expensive for what they are. Epicurean customer support is also AWFUL - they just ignore you after you have become a customer and have any problems whatsoever.

BEST cutting board for my kitchen!!

I've had several different cutting boards over the years. The Epicurean cutting board is nothing like I've ever used in the past. It's difficult to describe why I'm so happy about this board other than it is lightweight and easy to clean. As for the cutting - best board ever as far as cutting boards go. I bought 3 different sizes and I love them all! I got rid of my other cutting boards and I'm so glad I finally found a cutting board that I love.

Sturdy cutting board

I like how lightweight this little cutting board is. It has rubber at the four corners which helps it to stay in place while using, very useful. It seems durable so far.

Sleek design cutting board 🔪

This is a great cutting board! The design is very cute and it is very sleek and light weight. The ridges help catch anything! The only reason I didn’t give this product 5 stars is due to the smaller size, however it is great for cutting smaller things!
