Epicurean is great. Macys not so much

I ordered 2 Epicurean no slip all in one boards with grooves. Wrong item sent in a much smaller size. Macy’s sent me a cutting board in a much smaller size different style. BUT it had a label attached to it for the right board. And the person at return wanted to argue about whether it was the right board or not.

Poor order fulfillment by Macys

Macys sent the wrong Epicurean board. I ordered the two-sided one with nonskid feature but was sent a regular board with no nonskid bumps and no groove on one side to catch juice. Also, this wrong board had a slice down the center on one side so shouldn’t have been sent to anyone for any reason. I have already returned for refund. No point reordering now, it was to be a gift.

Too expensive for what it is

I have had a couple of these and although they are a great idea, they have just gotten outrageously expensive for what they are. Epicurean customer support is also AWFUL - they just ignore you after you have become a customer and have any problems whatsoever.

not as good as I thought

Pros: light Cons: It has kind of smell when it is wet. There is still knife marks on the board.

EPICUREAN CUTTING BOARD

I have had numerous cutting boards and have found the Epicurean with the rubber 'feet' to be the most friendly. The boards don't walk while cutting anything and are easy to clean.
