Best waterproof eye pencil!

I’ve been using these Estee Lauder eye pencils in all my favorite colors (deep plum, espresso, granite) for years. They’re easy to use and the pencil is not too hard, not too soft, and doesn’t require sharpening. I can apply it lightly or thicker on the lid near my lashes. I’ve cried and it doesn’t smudge. And they last a long time.
