Missing Bolts!!! No assistance in resolving

While we were satisfied with the first chair, we ordered more and the boxes were repackaged and the bolts were missing. We were told bolts would be sent and none arrived. I do not recommend ordering. There are many options to purchase chairs, skip this one.

Nail trim classic

I really like the chair for my desk, but it arrived without two of the legs and a chip on one of the back legs. It looks great in my office.
