Good Product

It looks nice and work well. It is the wonderful thing i bought recently. I need some time to study how to use the door lock, but i think i can make it.

Damaged

The picture online looks great! However, the box was damaged with a hole on the side and then microwave door was damaged too.

Still don't have it

Package arrived with poor packaging and whole front of microwave was in shatters. Good thing my husband heard glass and didn't put his hand in to pull it out. His hand would have been shredded. Box should have had more padding and then put in a cardboard box for more protection.

Like This Wave a Little

So far, I DO NOT like the lock mechanism. You must press another button to open this thing. This is really not necessary. That would be the only thing I don't like. It works well.
