Bad packaging

Handle on lid was broken terrible packaging to small depth of the box. Had to return.

Not satisfied.

It was beautiful when it arrived and it cooks food just fine. But I'm just so disappointed in how the finish on the inside of the pan looks after just one use. I currently have two stainless steel saucepans, one of them being from Farberware. They still look beautiful after many years of use. But the inside of this Farberware frying pan looks awful after just a few uses. I just tried cleaning it with dish soap and baking soda, but it didn't make any difference. Are you certain this is stainless steel?
