Used last night for first

Used last night for first time. Turned out great, even temperature distribution on base. Only one problem I had was the need for 2 hands to remove the cover, which requires one arm having to cross over the hot pot. An additional center handle would be a great help.

Decent pot

This pot is sturdy and worth the price. I do find that straining is much slower than my last pot I had similar to this, though.
