Very nice insulated,heavy duty pans!

Disappointed in customer service

Product came damaged and it could not have been through shipping because box was completely intact and packing was done with wrap and packing beans which means when it was packaged, someone ignored the bent down corner. Highly disappointed in quality control. Will be returning and purchasing a Nordic ware one.

Great Cookie Sheet but Terrible Packaging

The cookie sheet is great but I cant believe Macys would pack this in a million of those non recycleable packing peanuts. Please do better Macy's!

Dents

Arrived with dents and really isn’t “jumbo”! I really wished they would have used something other then the popcorn packing or a more fitted box the ship to prevent the dents.

Great baking sheets!

Love the larger baking sheets for bigger batches of cookies. These are great quality non-stick baking sheets. I would highly recommend them to those that like to bake cookies.

Perfect tool for cooking cookies and biscuits

Used it to bake chocolate chip cookies and biscuits on two occassions since Christmas. It's a huge plus to have them turn out out over-cooked and dark on the bottoms. And, what a pleasure to spend less that a minute to simply slide a sponge across it to return it to new again.

Cookies come out great!

I love this cookie sheet. I have another one and a smaller one. I needed one more big one because I had the old fashioned cookie sheets and they don't clean easily and I don't t like the way the cookies come out.
