Does not live up to the Homer Laughlin Fiesta name

The product arrived broken and I was able to return it to my local store. The glaze color seemed to be different shades of yellow instead of the uniform glaze that Fiesta products have been prized for as collectors items. I would advise a thourough inspection of the item before acceptance or buying.

Dancing Fiesta Lady Cookie Jar

Jar arrived in a timely fashion. Base of the jar rocked back & forth. Lid didn't set even on base (it rocked back & forth). Had no problem returning it to Macy's. Clerk reordered another one. It was not first quality. Looked as though it might have been a second. Hoping the replacement will be okay.

She's very beautiful, not really useful as a cookie jar as no seal on the lid, but makes a very pretty decoration.

Fiesta dancing lady cookie jar

I have collected fiesta ware for many years. I was very surprised to see a cookie jar. I ordered it and fell in love with it. It is beautiful and looks great in my kitchen. I'm very happy!!!
