Received coffee mugs damaged 🙁

Ordered 3 Fiestawsre Java coffee mugs and received all 3 chipped and damaged. Mugs were poorly packaged and NOT individually wrapped in the box for shipping. Macy’s customer service agreed to replace and was told to discard the broken mugs, then received emails instructing me to return the items or I may be billed for the replacements?? Very frustrating

They came broken because they were packed wrong. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

3 of the 4 arrived badly chipped

I like the item and already have several. However 3 arrived badly chipped and the chipped pieces were in the bottom of the box. Will return in the morning. I recommend the product but the shipping method needs improvement. I also ordered pot holders and received the wrong color. I am giving 3 stars because I am unhappy with the shipping.

I live just an hour away from Fiestaware warehouse, but to be honest Macys have better prices & cheaper shipping so I shop at macys .
