DISAPPOINTING PILLOWS

The quality of the material is less than desirable. Additionally, the pillows are not as described; they're less than 18"

Update: Issue resolved!

This is an update to my previous review. I reached out directly J Queen and they were super helpful. Great customer service and readily replaced my damaged item.
