Jlab Flex

Easy to connect and comfortable to wear and the sound is great, but the tap button is so sensitive, it is constantly being activated by my hair or shirt every 30-45 seconds. I have changed the preset actions to try to minimize the annoyance caused by that. Also, the equalizer just randomly changes a lot, the lady is in my ear telling me the new equalizer setting all the time and I can't figure out what triggers that or how to stop her from announcing everything. My last pair of JLabs had a button and did not have this issue. Also, I was drawn to the idea of all the customization options via app, but there are several settings now I'd like to change via app that I can't seem to. Overall they are good quality, I just can't enjoy using them.
