Good for outdoor activities

These are pretty simple to figure out. The sound is good. They are not noise cancelling so that is a good thing for outdoors for safety. I bought these because I have very small ear canals and most earbuds don't fit. I thought these would be the answer as the clip onto the outside of the ear, however, after 2 hours of wearing them, my ears are sore. I have moved them around to try and find a more comfortable position but without success. I will keep trying them and see if they loosen a little or my ears start to get used to them.
