I, bought a Florencia L mirrored armoire furniture, From Macy’s. Turned out that’s this produced is not Macy’s products. Shame on Macy’s for selling this. Unless Florencia l mirrored armoire. This furniture came Damaged. Trying to fixed what was damaged, then crumble on its on Weight while putting it together. Very poor quality material. I, called Macy’s I, told them the, Issue they transferred me to different people I, even sending them pictures about the broken Product but instead they give me the runaround. So if you want to save save headache time and money. Do not buy this product.

It had a really bad packaging you wouldn’t know where to put which screw. None of the packages were labeled. It made it really hard to put together.

Don’t ever buy this
This is the poorest quality piece of furniture I have ever purchased and I had to return it after it collapsed under its own weight. It took more than 5 hours to put together. The hardware was so cheap that the screws would fall out rather than tighten. The “wood” broke with shipping and arrived damaged. Macy’s would not accept responsibility for return of the damaged items, as it is sold by a third party and you have to go through a different company in Florida. The whole experience was horrific. Not only would I not purchase this ridiculously poor quality product, but I would never again buy any type of furniture at Macy”s. Stay as far away as you can.

I'm not receiving any help with a damaged piece of the furniture and drawers not aligning on the tracks. so, they close properly. I'm totally disappointed with the customer service. No, one seems to know which department should handle this. It's been over a week I keep getting the run around and bounced around. I was told the seller would contact me but never has. I've already sent pictures.
