Great purse but terrible lining

I love the look and durability of this purse. However the lining started to fray within months. I tried to fix with fabric glue, but it continued to fray. The lining has holes and is in shreds. I expected more from this brand. Need to replace after a year and a half.

Broken Hardware on Strap

I love this purse and I have in multiple colours, but the hardware on my black crossbody strap broke and I can no longer use the purse as I intended when I bought it. Very disappointing.

Love Fossil's purses

I have a older and larger Fossil I love and have gotten my money worth out of. This does not fail to impress with one exception, I wish the crossbody strap was a little longer. I do however like the small extra strap the purse has on it.

Jolie mom's favorite

The Jolie crossbody is mom's favorite bag. It is just right size. Big enough for essentials and a bit more but small enough to not be overwhelming. She has many colors and use them daily.

Pebbled leather

What I received was a cheap-looking pebbled leather purse instead of the smooth, brown leather listed in the description. I have purchased this color and style twice before, and what I received this time looks like a knock-off. The quality isn't there, and even the gold-toned hardware holding the strap appears to be plastic, not a strong metal. I am really disappointed if this is the way Fossil is moving forward with its quality in the future.

Beautiful purse, bad strap!

I love this purse. The red is beautiful! The only downside is the long shoulder strap hardware has broken, now I can’t wear it cross body anymore. My friend also bought one and she Carrie’s a heck of a lot more in hers than I do, mine broke, hers is still going!
