poor design poor quality of product and service
The watch BQM2404 did not come with user guide. The letters on sub-dials are so small cant read and only guess. The service centers in Delhi also have no idea. Wrote two mails to service of fossil. 5 days no reply. The dials are funny . 24 hours dial means what ? the day dial also has no letters. It does not change in midnight to next day. Overhyped watches with poor catalogues, design, and service centers

The 24-hour dial shows military time and is meant to help distinguish between AM and PM. The day sub-dial advances gradually and may not switch exactly at midnight, which can make the change less noticeable. The main time is displayed by the larger center hands.
