Overall Quality

Fossil reminds me of a watch which I love and I also bought at Macy's, so I'm fond of fossil watches, and the Garret is no exception. It's weight indicates the quality in manufacturing, it's bezel and 2 tone adds to its unique appearance and emphasizes the look of the interior dials. However this watch would have been better served with the "one snap clasp" which in my opinion is more secure than the bi-fold clasp. Still a class act.

Unhappy with customer service

I love the watch, but you sent me two and your customer service is not good. It was a foreign person and she was supposed to send me tags to send back the other watch and a necklace that is so cheap. Of course she did not. so I have a real problem of returning the watch and necklace. I only ordered one watch. So unhappy, big problem!
