Unhappy with customer service

I love the watch, but you sent me two and your customer service is not good. It was a foreign person and she was supposed to send me tags to send back the other watch and a necklace that is so cheap. Of course she did not. so I have a real problem of returning the watch and necklace. I only ordered one watch. So unhappy, big problem!
