Nice watch

it was a gift for my partner & he loved it. The smoke color is perfect. The service of sizing it in any Fossil store for free is amazing & fast.

Bottom floor standards

The watch was sent not working. How pathetic is that? The minimum standard should at least be a quality check to ensure the watch is operational. I used to be a lifelong consumer and fan. This company has turned garbage.

Guaranteed delivery is a joke

Watch was supposed to be here by Xmas ( Macy's guarantee). The watch won't be here until January 2nd! I will NOT ever shop Macy's again! Absolutely disgusted at the deception and the worthless guarantee!
