Never Received

Macy's refund policy was extremely helpful, unfortunately my order was delivered but not to my address. The address in the order was correct but I am not sure where UPS delivered it to. When I tracked it down, it stated that it was delivered "inside" and was signed by "Chris". We have no one that lives in my house with that name. I looked at the Ring camera to verify if the UPS vehicle or any vehicle came to my house around the time that it was delivered but there was no one that came around that time. My parents were home but no one tried to deliver anything. I hope that Macy's is able to get a refund from UPS, I am extremely disappointed that I will not be able to gift my husband his valentine's gift. They were willing to send me a replacement but were not sure how soon I will get it. They were not sure if I would get it on time for Valentine's Day.

I can't figure out how to move the date hand

I bought this watch and I'm still trying to figure out how to change the date hand on this watch because no matter how far I pull out the crown to change the hand it never budges

Wasn't quite like the website picture

Whats pictured online isn't realistic. The watch is a lot brighter than expected. I was looking for a blacked out watch.
