low quality sweing

A very good looking jacket but the shoulders and arms are too tight for the size. I normally wear an XL and the chest and sleeve length was fine but you would have to have no muscle in your arms and slump your shoulders to have it fit correctly. I returned it and after a week am still waiting a refund.
