Tarnished Zipper and no support from manufacturer

I purchased this jacket and overall I like it. However, it came with a tarnished zipper and unfortunately I didn't notice until after the Macy's return window closed. I attempted to contact Furniq UK through their website contact form multiple times and they never responded.

Avoid Furniq Products at All Costs

I ordered a leather jacket in early February. The delivery date was delayed after waiting for 2 weeks. I inquired about a new delivery date and the company making the jacket canceled the order. No explanation. They did refund my money, but what I wanted is the jacket and just wanted a true delivery date. I'm surprised Macy's would allow this type of customer service. I would avoid products by Furniq UK at all costs. The experience was a big disappointment.
