Love the Garden of

Love the Garden of Life brand, it's a quality product but this specific B-Complex is too strong for me. Flushes my face everytime. I've even tried breaking the capsule open and shaking half of it out into an empty capsule to try cutting the supplement in half, as a way of building of my tolerance and it was still too much.

Raw B12 Complex and Raw Vaginal care

It took a bit for these products to give results as my doctor did mention it takes at least a year for products like this to give results! With a little patience it is a huge success! I love Garden of Life Products!
