Garmin the King

I switched from an Apple Watch to the Garmin Forerunner 970 for better tracking of fitness levels, sleep scores, heart rate, and pulse ox. I'd known for a while that Garmin was king in this space, and I'm finally seeing why. This watch is incredible. After a few days of adjusting to the new interface (coming from Apple), I'm confident it will continue to exceed my expectations. Great job, Garmin! Highly recommend.

Change is HARD!

I’ve had this for a month or so now. Trying to change from an Apple Watch. The transition is difficult for a 60 year old with average amounts of tech savvy. I am still learning a little bit most days. I think the data it provides for training is much better than Apple. But I still haven’t figured out how to play my Amazon Music or answer a text message from my watch.

useful features

It is loaded with features that are useful to my training and the OLED display is easy to see except in direct sunlight. I also like the morning and evening daily reviews and prompts to log daily health habits.
