Good ice , can output a large quantity of, downfall is it makes a very loud noise at least 2x a day , it’s actually terrible but will stop after about 10 minutes.

Little Baby Ice
I bought Expensive this Ice machine to replace a Temu one I have but It turns out this machine makes tiny baby ice cubes and It really Is not that Fast at making Ice I was completely let down.

Love the Ice!
I love the constant, amazing ice. I’d give it 5 stars for the texture and convenience of ice. It is noisier than I expected. Also we had to spend a fair amount of time online problem solving why it kept stopping and saying “add water” when the machine was full. It is annoying that the various servicing lights are always coming on. But, we can’t live without the nugget ice so we ignore all that.

Don't waste your money
I love the color and the ice scoop and magnetic holder. The rear air filter had a small crack in I noticed and when I removed it it cracked even more. Can't seem to find one online under GE parts. I've only had it two weeks and it's already acting up. It keeps saying add water when it already has water. It no longer makes ice. Don't waste your money . This is my third one in two years. Lesson learned. It's a shame GE products are generally good quality.

Extremely loud… wouldn’t purchase
This is my 2nd machine. The first one was very loud and stopped working after a year. I purchased another one because it was rated high and thought the first one may have just been a lemon. This one started making extremely loud noises after a week of use. I called and they had me clean it out and it was quiet for a week before it started doing it again. It’s a loud squealing noise that you can hear in the entire house… Almost as loud as my fire alarm. Very dissatisfied.

Great Ice, Frustrating Maintenance Alerts
I really wanted to love this ice maker because the nugget ice is fantastic. When it works properly, the ice texture is perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, the maintenance alerts have been extremely frustrating. The descale light will not turn off, even after completing the full descaling process as instructed. I followed all the steps carefully and the light still remains on. On top of that, I just sanitized the unit and within a week the sanitize light came back on again. It feels excessive and makes it seem like something is wrong even when it has just been cleaned. For the price point, I expected a smoother experience and more reliable indicator system. Constant warning lights take away from what should be a simple, enjoyable appliance. At this point, the maintenance notifications are more of a hassle than helpful. The ice itself is great, but the ongoing alert issues have definitely been disappointing.

Get ready to sanitize
Great ice in a compact size. Only complaint it that it tells you to sanitize like every 2 weeks regardless of ice usage.

Good machine if it doesn’t start making a loud hum
The unit automatically starts making a funny buzzing, humming sound that we have to unplug and leave unplugged to reset to restart
