So far so good

I recently purchased this nugget ice machine and have been using it for a couple of days now and so far I have no complaints! Before use, you do need to clean it by running a rinse cycle. The company recommends 1 teaspoon of bleach + 5 cups of water mixture as the cleaning solution. Then you follow with running through 5 cups of water minimum of two times and then however many times you want on top of that to rinse out the solution. The process of cleaning it out did take a little bit of time, but it wasn’t too bad. I love that you can connect the ice machine to an app and control the ice making settings from that. It’s very convenient. As for the nugget ice itself, I have no issues. It’s the perfect nugget ice similar to what you would get at sonic or Chick-fil-A! I’ve been enjoying it for my iced coffees. The only other thing I would like to note is that you do need to purchase additional filters for it once the filter included runs out of its lifecycle.

Easy setup

Packaged like a tank. It will not be damaged if it was dropped from a plane. Easy setup and super quiet. It started making ice minutes after plugging it in. The quality of GE Profile shines through. And on top of it all, it’s connected to WiFi 👍

Classy producer!

Just what we need in our bar! It’s residential yet borderline commercial! Follow the instructions take care of it as indicated, and it will produce as promised! We’re so excited as we’ve tried various brands and types of ice cube makers. This had great reviews and reading through them. The one that got us was a customer who rated it highly for their bar and the fact they were going to buy a second one. Sold! As a bonus it has a classy appearance
