Excellent customer service!!!!

The staff at the return/ pickup area at Macys Somerset are excellent. They have excellent customer service skills and are very friendly. They are very good at their job and the line moved very fast. They could answer any question from not just me, but the other people picking up and returning. Extremely knowledgeable. The experience made me in the future go to Macys Somerset rather than any other retailer.

Nugget Ice Yum

I love this machine. nuggets ice is my favorite. The only complaint is that you have to descale every week! Which is tedious!

Better than the rest

Love this machine! It is heavy and does take up more space than my previous counter top icemakers. But the ice is just better with this machine. More solid pieces and no funny taste. Easy set up. This is the 5th machine I've owned and it is so worth the cost!!!

Poor shipping and handling

Ordered this ice machine and it showed up completely destroyed on my porch. Part of the box was missing and the appliance was cracked with paint chipping. We returned it to Macy’s and they discounted a new order.
