Christmas grinch

I bought this in blue topaz for a friend for Christmas I have known almost all my life. I bought it on Dec. 13th and it came up that it would be delivered bt Dec 17th. Today is Dec. 17th and it is still “processing”. I called Macys yesterday and was told it was shipping that day. I called again today and was told it was for sure shipping today and would be delivered by Dec. 23rd. Another gift I bought for a family member the same day is alsi still “processing”. Next Christmas I will not be shopping at Macys for my presents…and, I always loved Macys….
