almost colorless not as pictured

I thought I was getting replacements for a pair I have and love but lost one from. In no way do these match. Barely blue not the intense blue pictured. Can't return. Will have to replace backs because originals are too small to hold the earring correctly w/o drooping unattractively.

Smashed during mailing

Why would you put earrings in an envelope to mail them. They are sashed!! Very disappointed
