Badly designed

Lovely earrings but difficult to insert as the backs are very small and hard to work with as they seem to need to be screwed into the stem. This was laborious but after a few tries, I was able to just push the backs onto the stems. But now the stems are a bit out of shape, and I fear it will only be a matter of time before the stems break or become badly out of shape.
