Cut to the chase this is a fantastic knife.

A delight to work with this knife. Fits perfectly in the hand, well balanced and sharp. Cutting up vegetables feels more like gliding through butter. I have found food prep has taken on a new form of enjoyment.

Great brand, sharp, feels good in the hand

This is a 2nd purchase of this Global brand. My guy likes its sleek look and he needed a larger knife. The smaller paring knife has held its edge very well over the past year, and I expect this one to do the same.

Nice sharp knives

My hubby really loves cooking with these global knives. These knives are for people who know their way around the kitchen. Global knives are a pricey collection. Definitely motivates people to cook more at home. The essentials would be the chef and santoku knife for starter. The whole set are a bit pricey.
